It's a suspense horror novel game created in 2003 by Gen Urobuchi. Gen Urobuchi is famous for creating the story for the PSYCHO-PASS anime.
Those who have seen PSYCHO-PASS will know that this game is very similar to that, so I'm looking forward to playing it.
